I am a pretty solid fan of Greek yogurt, but the consistency never is thick enough for me to eat it alone. Usually I enjoy it more in sauces, dips and adding it as a sour cream alternative to certain dishes. After reading an article about Icelandic yogurt, I was dying to try it. Sigi's is the brand sold in the Whole Foods near me and I'm sure it available in lots of other stores with similar products. It's like Greek yogurt with probiotics, etc etc... but then is thick like FROYO. I am obsessed with the lemon, coconut and vanilla flavors. I eat the first two by themselves and use the vanilla with my fruit, granola and yogurt parfaits. Go try it!
