It's one of those restaurants where unless you're a chef or professional food critic, you either take a leap of faith and order not knowing any of the ingredients, or get a tutorial from the staff. The food was inventive, fun and unique - if you're an adventurous eater, this is the place!
Rabbit Cannelloni, Nasturtium Cream, Popped Sorghum - One of the most interesting and strange things I've ever seen on a plate, but totally worked. The sorghum were like mini salty popcorn bits on top of a rich rabbit Italian enchilada. (Featured in picture above.)
Richilini, Summer Truffle, Lamb, Fava Bean - Richilini noodles are like fettucini, but have zigzag edges. Not as good as the rabbit cannelloni, but still superb.
Sugar Snap Peas, Honey Mustard - Crunchy, mustardy, horseradishy. (Featured in picture bottom right.)
Dried Porcini Doughnut, Raclette - Really cool idea, but didn't enjoy the consistency of either element. The donuts didn't taste that much like mushrooms and the cheese was more fluffy than creamy. This was just my opinion though, as this was my date's favorite thing we ordered. (Featured in picture bottom left.)
